The results made me feel really happy and proud of myself.  Every day over the six weeks I woke up with enthusiasm for the day ahead.
I really wanted this to work for me and I knew that the only person who could make it work was up to me no one else.
I was really down about my weight and it was beginning to affect my social life I dreaded nights out trying to decide what outfit to wear
Always wearing black, my confidence was at an all-time low and I was fed up starting a new diet every Monday morning.


My mantra first thing in the morning was “I am going to be good today” then if I wasn’t would feel guilty for the rest of the day and so the cycle continued.

I watched Margaret’s Webinar which really resonated with me so I booked a call with her. The call was amazing in itself and really helped me to start to understand where I was going wrong, so I decided to sign up for the 6 week online course.

After the six weeks the change in me is unreal! As well as losing weight and reaching my goal for the 6 weeks, my energy levels have increased and my mental health has also improved.

I’m feeling a lot more confident. I went on holiday for ten days during the course of the programme and for the first time in years I was not dreading wearing a bikini or shorts. I still continued with my new habits while on holidays, and I still had a great time and kept the weight down!


This programme has had an impact on all aspects of my life and I can honestly say life-changing.
Having the support of Margaret was great and a big part of this journey for me. I knew Margaret was genuinely there for me.


I haven’t reached my goal weight yet but I know I will because I have embraced the changes. Margaret has given me the tools that are now a part of my daily life and I will get there. I’m continually making progress and I have the option to continue to work with Margaret at any time, but I actually believe I can do this now!
